Common issues and how to fix them.
π§ Extension not loading
- βRefresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R)
- βDisable other extensions temporarily
- βClear browser cache and cookies
- βReinstall the extension
π§ Migration fails / times out
- βMake sure you're logged into both source and destination LLM
- βWait for the destination page to fully load before migrating
- βTry migrating fewer messages at a time
- βCheck your internet connection
π§ Messages not appearing after migration
- βSome LLMs have rate limitsβwait a few seconds between migrations
- βRefresh the destination page
- βCheck if the conversation was created (scroll up)
π§ Code blocks look broken
- βUse "Deep Copy" mode for better formatting preservation
- βPro/Premium users get better code block handling
- βSome LLMs don't support all markdown features
π§ Quota not updating
- βQuota updates after successful migration, not when initiated
- βDaily reset happens at midnight UTC
- βCheck Settings β About for current quota
Error Codes

|---|---|
| E001 | Authentication failed. Please sign in again. |
| E002 | Daily quota exceeded. Upgrade or wait for reset. |
| E003 | Destination LLM not supported on your plan. |
| E004 | Network error. Check your connection. |
| E005 | Rate limited by LLM. Wait and try again. |
